Public Hearing: Proposed Clean Air Regulation Changes

Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) is proposing changes to their regulations, Rule 4.1(b), to allow gasoline dispensing facilities, with a throughput less than 50,000 gallons per year to request an exemption from the registration program.

On April 10, 2024, a formal hearing on the proposed regulation change will be held at Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA), 2940 Limited Lane NW, in Olympia during their regular scheduled Board meeting which begins at 10 am.

Comments on the change may be submitted in writing to the agency through April 9, 2024, or by attending the public hearing on April 10, 2024, in person, or via the Zoom link found on the page, Board Meeting Minutes – ORCAA.
