Public documents and records are available to the public as required under the Washington State Public Records Act (Chapter 42.56 RCW). The information contained in all correspondence with a government entity may be disclosable to third party requestors under the Public Records Act.

Pursuant to RCW 42.56.070(8) and RCW 42.56.120, we charge $0.15 per page (b/w copy, 8 1⁄2 x 11), plus the cost of postage if the records are mailed to you. You may request an appointment to view the documents at no cost. Color copies, other sizes, scanned copies, and other media may be available at a higher cost. Deposits may be required for large requests. We also charge $0.10 per page for scanning hardcopy documents and per electronically scanned pages.
Washington State law, RCW 42.56.070(9), prohibits the use of lists of individuals for commercial purposes. “Commercial purposes” means that the person requesting the record intends the list will be used to communicate with the individuals named in the record for the purpose of facilitating profit – expecting activity.
