Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) is proposing changes to their regulations to update the effective date for state and federal regulations currently referenced or adopted by reference in the agency’s regulations. Currently, the effective date is July 1, 2022. This proposal would change the effective date to July 1, 2023.
On September 13, 2023, a formal hearing on the proposed regulation change will be held at Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA), 2940 Limited Lane NW, in Olympia during their regular scheduled Board meeting which begins at 10 a.m.
Comments on the change may be submitted in writing to the agency through September 12, 2023 or by attending the public hearing on September 13, 2023, in person or via the Zoom link found on ORCAA’s Board of Directors Webpage. Notice is given by the Executive Director, Jeff C. Johnston Ph.D., of the Agency.
