ORCAA issues Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for Interfor US lumber drying kiln

Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Interfor US – Port Angeles Division proposes to extend the length of an existing lumber dry kiln to increase production capacity. The facility is located at 243701 Highway 101 West, Port Angeles.

After a review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, ORCAA has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
