Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: establishing a puzzle manufacturing facility at 2405 W. Sims Way in Port Townsend, Washington. The project proponent is Artifact Puzzles LLC. After a review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, ORCAA has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
