The Olympic Region Clean Air Agency’s (ORCAA) Draft Fiscal Year 2027 (FY2027) Budget opened for public comment on May 8, 2026, at 10 a.m. Fiscal Year 2027 runs July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
A public hearing regarding the Draft FY2027 Budget will take place during the regularly scheduled June Board of Directors’ meeting at 10 a.m. on June 10, 2026. The hearing will be held at ORCAA’s offices – 2940 Limited Lane NW, Olympia – and on Zoom. Details of the Zoom log-in may be found on the Board of Directors page.
The FY2027 Budget includes:
- Proposed changes in asbestos & demolition notification fees. See details here.
- Proposed changes to registration fees. See details here.
- The budget covers salaries and benefits for 18.3 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees.

Written comments must be submitted to the agency no later than 9 a.m. on June 10, 2025. Oral comments may be made in person or remotely via Zoom.
