Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) requests proposals from qualified firms to design/develop a database for agency use in managing all its air quality programs.
Submittals must be received at the ORCAA office by 8 a.m. PDT, Monday, April 7, 2025.

Respondents to this Request for Proposal (RFP) should describe their approach to designing & developing the database and provide information on how the project will be phased. Respondents should provide information and pricing for ongoing technical support outside of the scope of the initial project. Respondents should include examples of similar projects in scope, and any experiences learned during those projects
