Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) proposes changing its regulations to update the effective date for federal regulations currently referenced or adopted by reference in the agency’s regulations. Currently, the effective date is July 1, 2018. This proposal would change the effective date to July 1, 2019.
Pursuant to RCW 43.21.C and WAC 197-11, notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2019, ORCAA issued a determination of non-significance relative to the environmental impact of the regulation changes. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file. On November 13, 2019, a formal hearing on the proposed regulation change will be held at Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA), 2940 Limited Lane NW, in Olympia during their regular scheduled Board meeting beginning at 10:00 am.
Comments on the change may be submitted in writing to the agency until November 11, 2019 or appear and testify at the public hearing on November 13, 2019. Information regarding the regulation change is available for inspection at the links below.
