ORCAA issues Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for The Arts Park

Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: installing an enclosed auto-body spray booth to replace a filter bank wall at 6303-H Rich Road SE, Olympia. The project was completed by Ice Family LP, doing business as The Arts Park. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, ORCAA has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

Copies of the DNS area available via the links below, as well as at ORCAA’s Olympia office.
