The Olympic Region Clean Air Agency’s (ORCAA) Draft Fiscal Year 2027 (FY2027) Budget opens for public comment on May 8, 2026, at 10 a.m. The FY2027 runs July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
A public hearing regarding Draft FY2027 Budget will take place during the regularly scheduled June Board of Directors’ meeting at 10 a.m. on June 10, 2026. The hearing will be held at ORCAA’s offices – 2940 Limited Lane NW, Olympia – and on Zoom. Details of the Zoom log-in may be found at the Board of Directors page.
The FY2027 Budget includes:
- Proposed changes in asbestos & demolition notification fees. See details in the briefing memo linked below.
- Proposed changes to registration fees. See details in the briefing memo linked below.
- The budget covers salaries and benefits for 18.3 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees.
The draft budget materials being considered are available for review below.
Written comments must be submitted to the agency no later than 9 a.m. on June 10, 2025. Oral comments may be made by attending the hearing in person or remotely via Zoom. Written comments should be sent to info@orcaa.org or mailed to ORCAA, ATTN: Finance Manager, 2640 Limited Lane NW, Olympia, WA 98502.
