Description:
Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:
- An after-the-fact installation and operation of a 450 kW (~603 bhp) diesel emergency generator with a maximum rated output of 755 bhp at 510 Pattison St SE in Olympia, WA.
The project proponent is Intercity Transit. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, ORCAA has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
Copies of the DNS are on file and available for review at ORCAA’s Olympia office and and below. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments between October 23, 2025, at 8 a.m. and November 7, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. to ORCAA, 2940 Limited Lane NW, Olympia, WA 98502 or abi.roberts@orcaa.org.
