Draft Air Operating Permits (AOPs) Whether being considered for new AOPs, renewals of existing AOPs or revisions to existing AOPs, all current drafts are available here.

Public Comments are being accepted on the following Draft Air Operating Permits (AOPs). All responses received during the specified comment period will be addressed prior to any issuance of a final AOP.

Any person, government agency, group, or the applicant may request a public hearing by submitting a request in writing before the end of the comment period specified below. The request shall indicate the interest of the entity filing it and why a hearing is warranted. The agency may hold a public hearing it it determines significant public interest exists.
