As a regulatory authority, ORCAA relies on a number of forms designed to streamline processes and make it as simple as possible for the businesses and individuals to comply with clean air laws and regulations. Public Records Release Form
Individuals, journalists and businesses may request the release of any ORCAA materials deemd to be public records by submitting their request in write. Click here to find further information.
Complaint Form
Individuals who would like to file complaints may do so in person at the ORCAA business offices in Olympia, Raymond or Port Angeles; they may call in their complaint. In Thurston County, call (360) 539-7610, in Clallam, call (360) 417-1466, in Grays Harbor call (360) 942-2137, and anywhere else, dial 1-800-422-5623.
