As a regulatory authority, ORCAA relies on a number of forms designed to streamline processes and make it as simple as possible for the businesses and individuals to comply with clean air laws and regulations. Compliance Forms

Public Records Release Form
Individuals, journalists and businesses may request the release of any ORCAA materials deemd to be public records by submitting their request in write. Click here to find further information.
Complaint Form
Individuals who would like to file complaints may do so in person at the ORCAA business offices in Olympia, Raymond or Port Angeles; they may also call in their complaint. In Thurston County, call (360) 539-7610, in Clallam, call (360) 417-1466, in Grays Harbor call (360) 942-2137, and anywhere else, dial 1-800-422-5623. You may also file a complaint online by using the form HERE.
The Formal Complaint Form is used when ORCAA is going to issue a violation based on a nuisance complaint. The alleged violation needs to be verified by an ORCAA employee. This form releases the complainant from anonymity and must be notarized or signed by an ORCAA employee.
