Current Air Operating Permits

The businesses listed below are major pollution sources in ORCAA’s jurisdiction that are subject to the Federal Title V Air Operating Permit. Permits and Technical Support Documents are available for each business. You can learn more about Title V Air Operating Permits from the EPA.

Permit expiration terminates the source's right to operate unless a timely and complete renewal application has been submitted consistent with subsection (1) of WAC 173-401-710 and WAC 173-401-500. All terms and conditions of the permit shall remain in effect after the permit itself expires if a timely and complete permit application has been submitted.
